Covid Information – Ardmore Location

As a parent with two young children, health and safety have been always our top priority at lulu’s and specially now with  COVID-19 we would not be opening our doors if I didn’t feel comfortable bringing my own children into our space. We have implemented a number of new safety measures and policies to keep your family and our staff safe, happy & healthy! Please be patient and kind with us familia as we are adopting to a new normal and keep in mind that things will be changing as we get more info, guidelines and figure out what works and what doesn’t.

Procedures:

• Two play sessions: 9am to 12 noon & 1pm to 4pm. Each play session will be limited capacity. To ensure your spot, please RESERVE YOUR VISIT! In the middle of each play session we will wipe down all frequent touch surfaces and we will  swap all little toys for clean ones such us: play foods, trains for the train table, duplo, magnet tiles, puzzles, dolls & furniture for doll house etc. We have multiple sets of each toys to make this possible. At the end of each play session we will take the time to deep clean play area, cafe  and bathrooms.
• Masks: all adults will be required to wear a mask.
• We have added multiple hand sanitizer stations throughout our facility for your convenience, you will know find hand sanitizer right as you open the door,  please clean your hands before coming down the stairs.
• The front desk was reconfigured to make one side check in and the other side check out only.
• We will now require a contact info such as email or cell number, we do have the majority of our members and frequent visitors on file already but starting  Monday June 29th it will be a requirement to come in play as we will be keeping a log of visitors for contact tracing.
• Tasted toy bag: Once you are checked in and screened we will provide you with a clear tote bag to bring with you in the play area, please use this bag for any toys that are “tasted” we all know little ones love putting toys in their mouths. Please return this tote bag at the time of check out so we can make sure to give these toys extra attention when cleaning it, “tasted toys” will be put in our comercial grade sanitizing machine.
• We have invested in additional air cleaners to keep the air flowing and clean.
• You will see social distancing markers and signs throughout lulu’s to remind you to keep a safe distance from other friends.
• Ball pit: after lots of thoughts and consideration we have opt for temporary removing the balls from the pit, studies show that the virus spreads from person to person and not likely to spread on surfaces and it will be nearly impossible to enforce social distancing in the ball pit with toddlers. We know all of our little niños love the ball pit and we do have the means to replace the balls with clean ones as we have multiple sets and we also do have a ball pit cleaner but no matter how clean the ball pit might be we believe it will be harder for our kids to maintain their distance from other friends in the ball pit but no worries you will find other fun activity in there.
• Bathroom: only one family at a time, both bathrooms will be available to be used and will be wiped down frequently throughout The day
